Across all Bizzie Bees sites Safeguarding is reflected throughout all our practise.
Information is available throughout the settings, from signing the visitors book to the staff and parents information boards.
We have a rigorous recruitment procedure which includes full background checks on all staff including an enhanced DBS. Staff participate in group and individual supervision session to develop the effectiveness of their role and enhance the wellbeing of all children.
